1. Acceptance

By using the Dili Store app, our website, or the Dili Club membership card, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the service for a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

2. Definitions

• Company: Multivity Company Holding (Dili Store), Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Service: the Dili Store app, the website, the stores, and delivery services.
• User: any person who creates an account or uses the service.
• Membership: the Dili Club subscription that grants wholesale pricing benefits.
• Dili Club card: the digital card issued in the app and used at checkout.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts. The service may not be used by anyone suspended or terminated by the Company.

4. Account and membership

• You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information and to keep your login details confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account and must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
• Membership is personal to your account and may not be transferred or shared.
• We may refuse or suspend any account that breaches these terms or is used fraudulently.

5. Dili Club membership and savings

• Membership grants wholesale prices and the benefits announced in the app on eligible products.
• Eligible products and savings rates may vary by store, offer, and available quantity.
• Member prices are shown in the app and on invoices, and apply when a valid membership card is presented.
• Membership may not be used for commercial resale unless separately agreed in writing with the Company.
• Subscription fees may apply depending on the chosen plan and are shown before confirmation.

6. Orders, prices, and availability

• Orders are binding once confirmed; we may decline an order for unavailability or an obvious pricing or data error.
• Prices are in Saudi Riyals and include or exclude VAT as stated on the order page and invoice.
• Prices and availability may change without notice; the price shown at checkout applies.
• We will notify you of any shortage, and the order or the unavailable part may be adjusted or cancelled.

7. Payment and invoices

• Payments are processed through payment methods licensed in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• An electronic invoice is issued upon completion and stored in your account.
• We do not store full card details; they are handled by licensed payment providers.
• If a payment fails, the order may be held until the transaction is completed.

8. Delivery and pickup

• Delivery areas and times are shown in the app based on your location and store availability.
• You must provide a correct address and reachable contact details; failure to reach you may delay or cancel delivery.
• Responsibility for the products passes to you upon receipt, so please check them at handover.
• For store pickup, present your membership card or order number.

9. Returns and exchanges

• Returns or exchanges of damaged or non-conforming products are available in line with Saudi regulations.
• Requests must be submitted within the period stated in the app, with evidence of the issue where needed.
• Perishable items, opened or used items, and items that regulations exclude are not returnable.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as account credit, as indicated at request time.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service unlawfully or in a way that harms others.
• Attempt unauthorised access to systems or data, or disrupt the service.
• Impersonate others or submit misleading data to obtain membership benefits.
• Abuse offers or wholesale pricing, or resell without a written agreement.

11. Intellectual property

All trademarks, names, logos, designs, and content in the app and website are owned by or licensed to Multivity Company Holding and may not be used, copied, or modified without prior written permission.

12. Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is, and we take reasonable care to keep it running. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for losses caused by misuse of your account or by third-party services, to the extent permitted by law.

13. Suspension and termination

• You may stop using the service or request account deletion at any time through our support channels.
• We may suspend or terminate an account for breach of these terms, suspected fraud, or regulatory requirements.
• Financial obligations incurred before termination remain due until settled.

14. Changes

We may update these terms or modify the service or its benefits. The current text is published on this page with its effective date; continued use after an update means acceptance of the revised version.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes will be resolved amicably within a reasonable period; otherwise the competent courts in Riyadh shall have jurisdiction.

16. General

• If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions stay in force.
• Failure to exercise a right is not a waiver of that right.
• These terms and the Privacy Policy form the entire agreement between you and the Company.
• The Arabic version prevails in case of any translation discrepancy.
